Steak Cut Breakdown
Filet Mignon: Each two pack is approximately 1 lb., or 8 oz per steak.
New Yorks: Each 2-pack is approximately 1.5 lbs., or 12 oz per steak.
Ribeyes: Each 2-pack of bone-in ribeyes is approximately 2.4 lbs, or roughly 1.2lbs each steak.
Steak orders may be substituted based on quantity for a steak of equal or greater value.
