Shipping Policy
At Colorado Craft Beef, we take pride in getting your order to you quickly, safely, and sustainably. Below you'll find our shipping guidelines and policies. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@coloradocraftbeef.com.
Where We Ship
We ship throughout the continental United States.
We can also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, but please note:
- Additional shipping fees may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
- We cannot ship frozen beef to U.S. Territories due to extended transit times.
- International shipping is available for non-perishable items like beef tallow and beef sticks. We do not ship frozen beef internationally.
Carriers & Methods
We use UPS for nearly all shipments.
Most orders are shipped via standard shipping, but we may upgrade to expedited shipping depending on destination and product type.
- Frozen products are shipped via ground or air depending on your location.
- We aim to deliver all perishable items within 2–3 days of shipment.
Processing & Fulfillment Times

Frozen beef is shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays.
- Orders received by Monday at noon (MT) will ship that week.
- Orders placed after that cut-off will ship the following Monday.
- Non-frozen products (like tallow or beef sticks) typically ship within 24 hours of purchase, or up to 48 hours during weekends or peak periods.
Packaging
We use biodegradable and/or recyclable insulated packaging and cold packs to keep your beef safe in transit.
Our packaging is designed to maintain product safety for up to 2–3 days in transit.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available on all orders of $85 or more, unless otherwise noted.
- Orders under $85 may incur a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Please monitor your tracking closely, especially for frozen shipments.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives thawed/damaged, please email us at info@coloradocraftbeef.com.
We address these situations case-by-case and will work with you to make it right.
Special Addresses & Requests
- We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses, but not frozen beef outside the continental U.S.
- If you have a special delivery request or would like us to hold your order, reach out before placing the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
