Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We offer select products as subscriptions or pre-orders. Here's how to manage, change, or cancel these orders, plus what to expect regarding refunds.


Subscriptions

We currently offer subscriptions for:

  • Beef Sticks

  • Beef Tallow

  • Frozen Beef Boxes

How It Works:

  • Choose your delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks, or monthly).

  • No minimum commitment unless stated on the product page.

  • You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime via your account on ColoradoCraftBeef.com.

  • You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge.

Billing & Shipping:

  • Your card is charged automatically unless prepaid.

  • If you cancel before your next renewal, you won’t be charged again.

  • Once a renewal is packed for shipping, it's treated as a regular order.

  • Note: Frozen items cannot be returned.


Pre-Orders

We occasionally offer limited-run or seasonal boxes (like Thanksgiving and Christmas Feasts) for pre-order.

How It Works:

  • Full payment is taken at checkout (up to 1 month in advance).

  • The product page will list the target fulfillment date.

  • A shipping confirmation email (with tracking) is sent when your order ships.

Cancellations:

  • Before fulfillment: You may cancel for a full refund.

  • After fulfillment: You cannot cancel. Contact us for refund/replacement options if your order was damaged or delayed.


Try Before You Buy

We do not currently offer ā€œTry Before You Buy.ā€
If that changes, this section will be updated.


Refund Timing & Method

  • We process approved refunds within 2–3 business days.

  • Your bank/card issuer may take an extra 3–5 business days to post it.

  • All refunds go to the original payment method.


Frozen & Perishable Item Returns

  • Frozen items cannot be returned.

  • If your shipment arrives thawed, damaged, or compromised, email info@coloradocraftbeef.com within 24 hours and include photos.

  • We evaluate these issues on a case-by-case basis.
