New Yorks: Each 2-pack is approximately 2 lbs., or 1 lb. per steak.
Ribeyes: Each 2-pack of bone-in Ribeyes is approximately 2.4 lbs, or roughly 1.2lbs each steak.
Steak orders may be substituted based on quantity for a steak of equal or greater value.
