Choose Your Cuts (8 lbs total):
Start by selecting two cuts — either Picanha or Tri-Tip — in two separate 4-lb portions. That’s four pounds of each cut, twice. Go all-in on one favorite or mix and match.

• Picanha: Known as the crown jewel of Brazilian steakhouses, this sirloin cap roast has a signature fat cap that crisps up beautifully when grilled. Rich, beefy, and tender with every bite.
• Tri-Tip: A leaner, West Coast favorite. Bold flavor and great marbling make it ideal for smoking, roasting, or slicing up for sandwiches and tacos.
