The Colorado Craft Beef® Butcher Block Steak Lovers Curated Mix features Prime Grade U.S. beef, raised without antibiotics or added hormones, and wet-aged for a minimum of 14 days. Each cut is fabricated and packaged by our team inside our USDA-inspected harvest facility using the same specifications, craftsmanship, and attention to quality our customers expect from Colorado Craft Beef.
This beef was not raised, finished, or harvested by Colorado Craft Beef. It was carefully sourced so our team could continue providing customers with exceptional beef while maintaining hands-on oversight of the cutting, packaging, and final product.
