A dependable collection of steaks and ground beef built for backyard grilling, family dinners, and keeping the freezer ready for whatever is on the menu.
The Butcher Block Griller Box combines premium steakhouse cuts with four individually packaged pounds of ground beef. From New York Strips and Filet Mignon to Skirt Steak and Flat Iron, every cut brings something different to the grill.
The box features Prime Grade U.S. beef, raised without antibiotics or added hormones, and wet-aged for a minimum of 14 days. Our team fabricates and packages every cut inside our USDA-inspected harvest facility using the same specifications and quality standards applied throughout our operation.
This beef was not raised, finished, or harvested by Colorado Craft Beef. It was carefully sourced and placed directly into the hands of our team, allowing us to oversee the cutting, packaging, and quality of the product before it reaches your table.
