The Butcher Block Burger Box includes 15 individually packaged pounds of ground beef, making it easy to plan family dinners, cookouts, meal preparation, and everyday meals. From burgers and tacos to chili, meatballs, casseroles, and breakfast skillets, each 1 lb. package is ready when you need it.
The ground beef is produced from Prime Grade U.S. beef, raised without antibiotics or added hormones, and wet-aged for a minimum of 14 days. It is ground, packaged, and inspected by our team inside our USDA-inspected harvest facility.
This beef was not raised, finished, or harvested by Colorado Craft Beef. It was carefully sourced so our team could maintain hands-on oversight of the final product and provide customers with beef that meets the quality standards they expect from us.
