Each box includes whole picanha roasts, complete with the signature fat cap that defines this cut. That fat cap slowly renders during cooking, basting the meat naturally and creating a rich, buttery flavor with a beautifully crisp exterior.
All of our picanha is 21-day dry aged, enhancing both tenderness and depth of flavor, and is harvested in our own USDA facility, then vacuum sealed and shipped directly to your door.
