Love the Colorado craft beef tallow , itās so much better for cooking and better for you ! Definitely recommend.
I include Colorado Craft Beef beef tallow in my beef bone broth, on my ground beef, and on my steaks to boost the fat content. I ordered previously, re-ordered, and will continue to order Colorado Craft beef beef tallow.
I'm using the Beef Tallow for everything. In place of oil or grease, even in baking. I just tried it in my roasting pan instead of cooking spray when baking my meatballs (to get a delicious sear on all sides before simmering in sauce) and it turned out amazing!
I will not cook any steaks without this tallow! I get a beautiful crust and the taste of the steaks arenāt compromised at all. This is excellent tallow for cooking stir fry or home fries! I keep 3 in my cabinet at all times. You never know when youāre going to fry something and need a good amount!

This will be my first experience with tallow. I got it thinking it would be a good base for an au jus gravy but I have a bag of potatoes that I usually use Crisco to fry potatoes. I need some other suggestions on using beef tallow.

I have used Cast Iron for years and tried many trends with various cooking oils. I will be ordering more Beef Tallow as it adds great flavor and texture to potatoes and other foods but also complements the seasoning of my cast iron.
Only used a little bit so far but I did find out that a little goes a long way. Love how it works and smells. Looking forward to using it for a lot more stuff soonā¦
