Crafting Colorado Craft Beef's Premium Pasture-to-Plate Journey

Our Beef

At Colorado Craft Beef, we believe exceptional beef starts long before it reaches your plate. It comes from a commitment to quality, transparency, and doing things the right way at every step.

Our beef is raised, finished, harvested, dry aged, packaged, and shipped through a process we own and oversee ourselves. From the pasture to your doorstep, every step happens under our brand and close to home in Northeastern Colorado.

Our Process

We are the ranchers behind the beef. Our cattle spend most of their lives on open pasture, cared for with a focus on animal welfare, land stewardship, and responsible ranching practices. When it is time to finish, they enter our feeding program, where they are fed a carefully developed grass and grain ration designed to support both animal health and eating quality.

Unlike much of today’s beef industry, where cattle and beef often move through long and disconnected supply chains, we keep our process close and intentional. From ranch to harvest, processing, and fulfillment, the entire journey stays within a 40-square-mile area.

Our Facility

We also own the USDA-inspected facility where our cattle are harvested and our beef is processed. That level of ownership gives us greater transparency, consistency, and accountability from start to finish.

After harvest, our beef is dry aged for 21 days to naturally improve tenderness and deepen flavor. The result is beef with a richer, more memorable eating experience.

Once packaged, every order is fulfilled and shipped directly from our ranch to customers nationwide.

This is beef raised with intention, handled with care, and delivered by the people proud to stand behind it.
