The Colorado Craft Beef brand has been developed to bring a new kind of beef to the table—one that has been carefully selected to bring you and your family a distinctive, nutritious, Colorado home-grown meal.
We develop close relationships with our cattle producers, our grain and seed farmers, as well as those who harvest our end product. Our beef is raised in the sand hills of northeastern Colorado in an environment five generations rich in respect and passion for the land and animals we care for.
Our mission is to not only provide consumers with a high-quality beef product, but to also engage with those who are unfamiliar with the importance of knowing our roles within the industry—and in agriculture as a whole.
